Every time a new seemingly controversial photo of Miley Cyrus surfaces, we just sigh and think, “she’s just being Miley.” It seems like exposing herself is all the pop star does these days. Even while promoting her new album in London.

On her way to a TV appearance on Tuesday, the “Wrecking Ball” singer wore the most covered-up and decent attire we’ve seen on her this month, which doesn’t say much considering that she wore sheer leggings (just on her right leg) sans underwear and a crop top.

It looked like Miley didn’t know whether to wear leggings or pants to her TV appearance and decided to throw on both. Confused? So were we. See her ensemble:

The pant-slash-legging bottoms are weird, but we have to say Miley pulled them off. What do you think?

These Jean Paul Gauthier bottoms matched the singer’s Celine ankle-strap sandals quite well. The shoes were a perfect fit for both the wide-leg pant side and the tight, sheer legging side. We spotted these shoes earlier this month on Katy Perry at the MTV VMA.

The Celine style is unfortunately not available online. We hope that this fairly covered-up ensemble means that we’re going to see more of Miley’s quirky fashion and less of her skin.
