I was a Lindsay Lohan fan during her ‘Parent Trap’ and Disney days. Wasn’t she such a cutie?
However, I can’t say I agree with my younger self today. The actress, who we all know is quite talented, has grown up to be…well, more controversial than commendable. Even her taste in clothing has become questionable.

A Glimpse into Hollywood Glamour: Lindsay’s Premiere Look
At the premiere of her latest movie, Liz and Dick, LL arrived at the event in a champagne-colored er….slip dress that flaunted a generously low neckline, lots of peek-a-boo details at the front, and a really low and revealing back – not exactly the kind you’d expect the star of the show to wear to a premiere:

I’m sure she was trying to channel old Hollywood glam; sadly, she didn’t quite get it. Lindsay’s silky dress is by Donna Dashini.

I’m not a fan of the cream-colored number, but if someone waif-like (read: flat-chested) had worn it, she wouldn’t have looked as bad, would you agree? On Lindsay, however, it just looks trampy, making her look like such a hot mess.
Lindsay’s Tribute to Marilyn Monroe: The Tattoo Reveal
Lindsay Lohan also showed off a Marilyn Monroe quote tattoo on her left forearm: “Stars, all we ask for is our right to twinkle.”

How would you have dressed her if you were her stylist for the day? Or what dress would you have recommended?

Stylistic Alternatives: What Could Have Been
A more structured piece in classic black would have done her good, something elegant that showed just enough skin without being too revealing (such as the ones below). And, of course, an excellent hairstylist to fix those dreadful locks!

Do you think Lindsay would have looked better in these dresses? Or would you rather she have worn something else?
