We all know the boobs or legs rule. We’re pretty sure Olivia Culpo knows it too, but it looks like she decided to push its limits to the extreme at the recent 10th Annual Delete Blood Cancer DKMS Gala in NYC.
While the Miss USA 2012 winner kept her decolletage covered in a conservative Camilla and Marc 3/4-sleeve top, she bared her butt, legs and more in a see-through polka-dotted skirt. Her black high-cut granny panties were completely visible to the cameras. She accessorized with an Edie Parker box clutch and satin pumps that were both just simply plain and black, but didn’t deter from her scintillating outfit.
