This month, while promoting Marty Supreme in New York City, Gwyneth Paltrow delivered one of her most versatile press-tour wardrobes in years—quietly reaffirming her status as a master of modern, intentional dressing.

Each appearance struck a distinct balance between polish, personality, and practicality, with footwear choices that anchored every look.

Set in 1950s New York City, Marty Supreme follows Marty Mauser (Timothée Chalamet), an aspiring ping-pong champion whose relentless pursuit of greatness takes him through highs and lows, including scams, cheating, and everything in between.

Real-life table tennis legend Marty Reisman loosely inspires the character. In the film, Paltrow plays Kay Stone, a wealthy retired actress and socialite who forms an unusual relationship with Marty.

Throughout the press tour, Paltrow has shown just how wide-ranging her style can be, making each appearance feel like a new fashion statement. She made a striking impression at the New York premiere in a sleek black Valentino dress paired with Paris Texas pumps, keeping things polished and classic.

For Late Night with Seth Meyers, she took a completely different approach, opting for an orange Lacoste tracksuit styled with Adidas sneakers. At the DGA Theatre, she went for sharp tailoring, wearing a structured coat with Thom Browne pumps, while her Good Morning America appearance delivered a bold statement in head-to-toe pink Calvin Klein.

Let’s take a closer look at these outfits and decide which one stands out the most.

Paris Texas “Lidia” Pumps & a Black Valentino Gown at the Marty Supreme New York Premiere

Gwyneth Paltrow made the New York premiere of “Marty Supreme” a family affair, arriving on the red carpet with her grown children, Apple and Moses, whom she shares with ex-husband Chris Martin. Even surrounded by family, Paltrow stood out effortlessly. Dressed head to toe in black, she embraced understated elegance, pairing sleek Paris Texas pumps with a refined Valentino gown that quietly commanded attention.

Paltrow wore the black Paris Texas “Lidia” slingback pumps, which have been a red-carpet favorite for good reason. The pointed toes gave the shoes a classic, sophisticated silhouette, but what really stood out to me were the thin slingback straps and the covered pin heels.

These delicate, barely-there details added a refined, feminine touch while creating a sharp, elegant line. I also loved how the satin finish brought a soft shine that elevated the entire look. You can get her Paris Texas pumps for $750 at Farfetch.

Valentino’s Textured Bow Gown, Thigh-High Slit & Tiffany & Co. Blue Book Finishing Touches

Paltrow paired the pumps with a black Valentino gown that initially looked simple but revealed thoughtful details up close. I loved the mix of textures and the oversized bow on one shoulder, which added a touch of femininity and quiet drama.

The velvet bodice fit close to her figure without feeling tight or overly sexy. While I wasn’t entirely sold on the drop waist, as it slightly disrupted the proportions, the skirt redeemed the look. It flowed into a long silhouette with a soft flare and a thigh-high slit that added just enough allure.

Gwyneth kept her beauty look understated, wearing her blonde hair in a low ponytail with loose strands framing her face. Her makeup was classic, finished with rosy cheeks and a bold red lip that tied in beautifully with her Tiffany & Co. Blue Book 2023: Out of the Blue earrings.

Adidas “Jabbar Hi” Sneakers & an Orange Lacoste Tracksuit on Late Night with Seth Meyers

Gwyneth Paltrow went the sporty route ahead of her appearance on Late Night with Seth Meyers, wearing Adidas shoes and a Lacoste tracksuit that looked relaxed yet practical.

On her feet were the white Adidas “Jabbar Hi” sneakers, a retro classic inspired by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s iconic 1970s signature shoe. I loved their vintage energy, highlighted by the high-top silhouette, classic lace-up closure, and Adidas’ signature three stripes. These shoes also featured a clean leather finish and a soft suede toe cap.

These Adidas sneakers, currently on sale for $66 (down from $110) at Asos, have a nostalgic yet fresh design, especially when paired with a bold, colorful outfit.

Orange Lacoste Silk Tracksuit, Adidas Sneakers & White Louboutin Pumps With a Story-Driven Color Moment

Gwyneth stood out in a striking orange Lacoste tracksuit from the Spring 2026 collection, effortlessly pairing it with her Adidas sneakers outside the studio and her white Christian Louboutin pumps inside. Choosing comfort without sacrificing polish, the silk zip-up jacket and matching pants had a fluid, glossy finish that elevated the sporty set into something more fashion-forward. White trims along the front and edges added contrast, keeping the look sharp.

What made the outfit feel special was the meaning behind the shade. The vivid orange was a playful nod to the neon ping-pong balls featured in the film’s story. Timothée Chalamet reportedly selected the color during a Zoom meeting for the film’s marketing, referencing a moment in which Marty uses bright orange balls for better visibility.

Gwyneth kept her accessories minimal, wearing just statement rings and diamond earrings that added just enough sparkle. She wore her hair straight and used soft pink makeup to let the orange take center stage.

Outside, Paltrow layered a black cropped jacket over the tracksuit, featuring a zipped front and functional pockets along the sleeves.

The jacket’s shorter cut played against the fluid silk tracksuit beneath, creating a subtle contrast in proportions that kept the ensemble visually interesting.

Thom Browne d’Orsay Pumps & Sharp Tailoring at the DGA Theatre Film Talk

For the Marty Supreme film talk at the DGA Theatre, Gwyneth went for a clean, understated yet polished look. She was wrapped in a long, double-breasted black coat that skimmed her frame beautifully, offering only small glimpses of her outfit underneath.

Peeking out from the coat was a crisp white shirt collar and a yellow-and-navy striped necktie that added a pop of color against the dark palette. Below, she wore straight-leg trousers with softly cuffed hems.

Thom Browne d’Orsay Pumps With Wingtip Detailing & Signature Tricolor Heel Tags

Gwyneth opted for her signature beauty look, wearing minimal makeup and her blonde hair worn straight, falling naturally over her shoulders.

What really caught my eye, though, were the shoes. She stepped out in Thom Browne d’Orsay pumps, instantly recognizable by the wingtip detailing at the toe and the American label’s iconic red, white, and blue heel tag.

These pumps also boasted perforations and pinked edges, finished with sculpted heels.

Pink Calvin Klein Pumps & Satin Co-Ords on Good Morning America

Gwyneth Paltrow stepped out for her Good Morning America appearance in a show-stopping all-pink Calvin Klein ensemble that was both commanding and effortlessly chic.

The pumps were the first thing that caught my eye. From the medial side, I actually mistook them for sleek ankle boots because they covered so much of the foot. Then, on the outer side, a dramatic cut opened up into a d’Orsay silhouette, elegantly revealing the foot. Topped with high heels, they looked effortlessly chic and modern, perfectly complementing the rest of the outfit.

Calvin Klein Spring 2026 Satin Co-Ords & Pink Pumps With Tailored, Liquid Polish

Gwyneth’s look was playful in color, yet impeccably tailored, with sharp lines and precise cuts that gave the outfit structure, preventing the pink’s sweetness from feeling too saccharine. The fabric’s soft sheen shimmered subtly under the morning light, giving the whole ensemble a sleek, liquid finish. Even the tiny details, like the neat stitching and balanced silhouette, made the outfit look polished and very much Gwyneth.

Her outfit came from the Calvin Klein Collection by Veronica Leoni’s Spring 2026 lineup. The satin pink shirt featured a clean button-front design with white buttons running all the way up, which Gwyneth chose to fasten completely to the collar. The long sleeves and buttoned cuffs added to that tailored feel.

Below, she wore matching cropped straight-leg pants with a front pleat, which added structure and balance to the fluid fabric. The cropped length allowed the shoes to shine, while a tonal belt with a metal buckle subtly defined her waist without breaking up the monochrome effect.

I loved how she kept her beauty look simple, with straight, center-parted hair and soft pink makeup that echoed the outfit perfectly.
