Elizabeth Banks, Sofia Rosinsky, and Zoe Lister-Jones brought three distinct takes on modern eveningwear to the premiere of their Peacock sci-fi romantic comedy-drama The Miniature Wife at the DGA Theater Complex.

Standing at 5’4½” (163.8 cm) with a US shoe size 7, Banks leaned into sleek minimalism in a Simkhai dress, while Rosinsky, around 5’4″ (162.6 cm), embraced a more romantic, fairytale silhouette in a Rodarte gown.

Meanwhile, Zoe Lister-Jones, who stands at 5’3″ (160 cm) and wears a US size 6.5, grounded her Wiederhoeft look with sharp tailoring and classic pumps—proving how subtle differences in proportion and styling can completely transform a red carpet moment.

The Miniature Wife follows married couple Lindy Littlejohn (Elizabeth Banks) and Les Littlejohn (Matthew Macfadyen) as they navigate power struggles within their relationship, which are further complicated when a technological accident shrinks Lindy to just 6 inches tall.

The series is set to premiere on Peacock on April 9.

Elizabeth Banks Keeps It Sleek in a Black Simkhai Dress and Coordinated Heels

Elizabeth Banks embraced head-to-toe black at The Miniature Wife premiere, opting for a sleek, streamlined silhouette that felt both modern and understated.

While her shoes were largely concealed beneath the floor-length hem, occasional glimpses of black heels subtly reinforced the monochromatic look—an understated choice that added polish without distracting from the sharp lines of her ensemble.

Banks paired her black heels with a stunning black dress from Simkhai’s Pre-Fall 2026 collection. The dress’s shiny leather finish gave it a sleek, eye-catching look, but in a subtle, understated way.

It had a slim, column fit that hugged her body just right, while the exposed seams at the front and waist added clean lines for a modern touch. The dress accentuated her frame, with a fitted waist that flowed into a long, column skirt, creating a sleek, elongated vibe.

What really made this dress unique was the capelet-like detail wrapping around the upper bodice, creating short sleeves. It added a regal touch while still feeling modern and sleek, definitely a surprising, eye-catching detail.

While a bold necklace could’ve added something extra to the look, Banks kept it minimalist, opting for long, thin earrings and a few rings instead.

Her hair was styled in a sleek, center-parted low ponytail, keeping everything clean and polished, while her minimal makeup kept the focus on the dress.

Sofia Rosinsky Pairs Strappy Black Sandals With a Fairytale Rodarte Gown

Sofia Rosinsky looked like she stepped straight out of a fairytale at The Miniature Wife premiere. Her minimalist strappy black satin sandals were a perfect match for the gown’s intricate design.

The sandals had a strap across the toes and another diagonal strap across the foot, with squared open toes that gave them a modern touch.

They were finished with sleek, high heels that added just the right amount of drama to complement the dress.

The gown, a beautiful Rodarte design, was made of light blue silk with a contrasting black lace V-neck bodice and scalloped trims that added some nice depth to the look.

The plunging neckline gave the gown a sultry vibe, while the puffed shoulders added drama and balanced out the soft flow of the floor-length skirt.

Sofia’s dress had black lining for extra coverage, but I preferred the original version without it, as it gave the design a more delicate vibe.

Sofia wore her tight curls half-up, half-down and kept her makeup minimal, with soft tones to highlight her features. For accessories, she kept it simple with just a couple of rings and skipped the necklace, letting her bare neck take center stage.

Zoe Lister-Jones Finishes Her Wiederhoeft Look With Classic Black Pumps

Zoe Lister-Jones went the sultry route at the premiere of The Miniature Wife, and her black suede pumps were the perfect finishing touch to her bold outfit.

Her classic black pumps, with pointed toes and high heels, added just the right amount of grace and sexiness. They balanced her intricate outfit from Wiederhoeft’s Spring 2025 collection, elevating the whole look.

The black-and-white Wiederhoeft ensemble featured a sophisticated nipped-waist salon jacket made from antique floral-and-ribbon ivory jacquard.

It had satin notched lapels and silver bow buttons, which added elegance, but the striking black poppy Chantilly lace appliqué at the collar, lapels, and waist made the jacket stand out. It created the illusion of a trimmed waist.

Her ensemble was completed with the “Wasp” skirt, made from the same ivory jacquard at the hips and falling into black poppy Chantilly lace appliqué with a raw, scalloped hem. The top was modest and sophisticated, while the skirt added a daring, edgy touch. Not many could pull this off, but Zoe did it effortlessly.

She kept her accessories minimal, with just a few rings, and styled her bob in tousled waves, keeping the look sultry and effortless.
