Adriana Lima is known for being the longest-running Victoria’s Secret Angel, but she is by no means old! Apparently, though, she feels otherwise.
In her recent chat with Vogue UK, she mentioned that she considers herself the “grandma” of the Angels. The 32-year-old model first walked for the brand in 2000, and almost two decades later, she’s still got it.

We can only guess that Adriana was referring to her role with Victoria’s Secret when she made the grandma comment, as her physicality claims otherwise.
“I’m definitely the grandma,” she joked in the interview. “I first walked in the show in 2000, but I was working with the brand even before that, actually. My first show, Stephanie Seymour and Karen Mulder were in it, too – and it is amazing to have done the show for so long… I love the new girls, though. Cara is so cool. I love the girls that they choose, they are always super nice, really excited. It’s just the most fun job.”

Being the most senior model does seem to have its perks, though! Adriana was recently chosen to take care of some overseas promotions.
She was seen at the grand opening of Victoria’s Secret flagship store on New Bond Street in London.

Adriana Lima wore a two-piece Lover outfit that included a black floral lace top with white satin underlay and a black pencil skirt. She wore her hair in a super sleek hairdo and finished her ensemble with nude lipstick.

Adriana finished her look with a pair of black Walter Steiger “Theo” heels.

These pointed-toe shoes are made from black suede, and they feature low-dipped vamps and a cutout design around the counters. Of course, the brand’s signature claw heels are also seen in these pumps.

This style is unfortunately out of stock, but we’ll try to keep you updated!
