The 66th Cannes Film Festival certainly never lacked in style. Fancy yachts, gourmet food, bottomless wines, and an army of fashionable actresses wearing their cutest festival frocks. People involved seem to be having the time of their lives!

But aside from partying and mingling, many celebs were busy promoting their films. Ahna O’Reilly was among them.
While Elizabeth Leefolt’s character in the 2011 movie The Help may not have been my favorite, her wardrobe certainly left an impression. Her collection of floral dresses transported me to the elegant ’60s, where classic feminine styles reigned supreme.
Interestingly, Ahna O’Reilly, who played Elizabeth, continues to channel this timeless charm in her real-life fashion choices.

In real life, Ahna O’Reilly’s fashion sense could easily rival her character, Elizabeth Leefolt.
Ahna wore a swoon-worthy Georges Hobeika dress on the seventh day of the festival. The dress — with its sheer material, sequin adornment, appliqués, and a full floral skirt — looks like one a fairy tale princess would wear. This is taking spring to the next level!
This Georges Hobeika dress is from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2013 line, and Ahna made an excellent choice selecting this piece.

I think she looked divine in it. The dress suited her feminine features. The low-rise bun was also a nice touch, allowing the dress to shine more. Like Ahna, we, too, are smitten by ethereal floral dresses.
When styling a floral dress, remember that less is more—let the dress be the centerpiece by keeping accessories minimal and avoiding heavy layering. Floral dresses are versatile and can be worn year-round, with attention to fabric and styling for each season.
Pairing vibrant floral patterns with neutral accessories ensures a balanced and elegant look. Lastly, choose footwear that complements the occasion, whether metallic heels for a night out or casual sneakers for a relaxed day. This will add a stylish yet functional touch to your overall look.
