Johnny Depp, who is 22 years older than his wife, kept close to Amber Heard while attending a screening of his new movie “Black Mass” held during the 2015 BFI London Film Festival at Odeon Leicester Square in London, England.
After meeting on set for 2011’s The Rum Diary, they were married in a private civil ceremony at their home in Los Angeles on February 3, 2015.

Depp defended his relationship with the much younger actress in an interview with E! News.
“We connect on a lot of levels but the first things that really got me was she’s an aficionado of the blues,” Depp said at the L.A. premiere of Heard’s latest movie, The Danish Girl.
“I would play a song, some old obscure blues song, and she knew what it was.” The Black Mass star added, “She’s very, very literate. She’s a voracious reader as I have been, so we connected on that as well and she’s kind of brilliant and beautiful. I’m a very lucky man.”
The beautiful 29-year-old turned heads in a black silk number from Dolce & Gabbana’s Fall 2015 collection.
