Aviana Adams — daughter of actress Amy Adams — is now six-years-old and pretty soon, her little one will start carving her own path. After Amy tried to explain to Aviana what she did for a living, the 42-year-old was asked how she would react if her daughter revealed that she, too, would want to become an actress someday.

Amy revealed her feelings as a mother at the 2016 ELLE “Women in Hollywood” Awards in Los Angeles.

Amy went for a simple look in a black Lanvin chiffon-and-lace dress styled with statement earrings and rings from David Webb. The actress finished her look with a pair of Christian Louboutin “Pigalace” pumps.

Amy has stunned us with a string of stellar outfits as of late, but we’re not too fond of this one. The terrible fit creates the illusion of a stomach bulge, but even if this dress did fit her perfectly, the look is still a bit blah for us.

Amy revealed that she would support her daughter Aviana if she decided to take up acting. The mother-of-one said she would even encourage Aviana to join theater groups first to gain a solid work ethic.

As for us, we’ll be keeping an eye out for the next wave of astounding actresses such as Ms. Adams.
