On Thursday evening, September 21, in Beverly Hills, California, the stunning Angela Bassett and her Emmy-winning husband, Courtney B. Vance, graced the Beverly Hills Hotel to celebrate and host the fourth annual Elizabeth Taylor Ball to End AIDS.

Spearheaded by Bulgari, this star-studded affair featured a sumptuous dinner, an auction in collaboration with Christie’s, and a soulful performance by Gladys Knight.

Among the illustrious attendees gracing the event were the likes of Paris Jackson, EJ Johnson, Jennifer Tilly, and Kathy and Richard Hilton, to name just a few.

Angela Bassett, a two-time Golden Globe winner, radiated sheer brilliance, donning a metallic silver masterpiece by Dolce & Gabbana, effortlessly stealing the spotlight.

Her gown featured an artful, asymmetrical, and crisscrossing bodice that beautifully accentuated her figure. Metallic threads in the fabric ensured she stood out as the main star.

The 65-year-old Christian celebrity’s one-shoulder ensemble also boasted a billowing pleated skirt that elegantly swept the floor to exude grace with every step.

Angela carried a pearly-silver Dolce & Gabbana box clutch to complete her impeccable look, perfectly coordinating with her dress.

Her accessories complemented her outfit, adorning herself with dazzling silver Bulgari jewelry, including a diamond necklace and earrings.

The Black Panther: Wakanda Forever star sported a long raven-fringed wig and a pristine white manicure, while her makeup was flawless, featuring contoured cheeks and a bold lip color that added a touch of drama to her appearance.

Elevating her stature, Angela wore a pair of black platform sandals with delicate straps securing them across her toes and ankles.

Though hidden beneath her dress’ hem, these satin-clad shoes sported breezy, rounded open toes and sky-high platform soles, adding to her thespian presence.

The 63-year-old actor’s chic hat, stylish glasses, and glossy black dress shoes effortlessly complemented Angela’s unparalleled glamour.

Courtney B. Vance and Angela Bassett met as classmates at the Yale School of Drama in the 1980s but did not start dating until years later.

They reconnected in Los Angeles in 1994 and began dating shortly thereafter. They married on October 12, 1997, and have two children together. The couple’s twins – son Slater Josiah Vance and daughter Bronwyn Golden Vance – were born on January 27, 2006, in California through a surrogate.
