If you’re going to participate in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, what outfit will you wear? Will you sport swimwear or dress up in a suit as Chris Evans did?

Like Gwyneth Paltrow and Tara Reid, ‘Made in Chelsea’ star Ashley James wore a bikini. But the blonde cutie took things a little further by wearing strappy platform sandals while taking the challenge. After getting wet with buckets of ice-cold water, she then immediately dipped herself in a tub of warm water without removing the shoes.

It’s no secret that getting your leather shoes wet can ruin them. So, we’re actually wondering why the actress didn’t take them off. Maybe the floor was too cold? Perhaps she thought that a girl in a bikini and a pair of heels is sexy no matter what? Or she probably just forgot to remove the shoes.

That said, we’re sure she can easily afford new shoes in case she has ruined the sandals for good. We’ve yet to get the details on Ashley’s chunky heels, but the following sky-high options from Nordstrom would be great substitutes:

Topshop Scarlet Snake-Embossed Platform SandalsTopshop Scarlet Snake-Embossed Platform Sandals, $100

Now, here’s a question for you ladies out there: if you’re going to take the Ice Bucket Challenge in a bikini, will you wear strappy sandals like Ashley, or will you save your shoes and go barefoot?
