Bella Hadid looked festive in a plaid coat as she made last-minute Christmas shopping in New York City on Friday.
Famous for her street style and penchant for Y2K and ’90s-inspired clothing, the 27-year-old model wore a coat in a classic holiday plaid, one of the staple patterns in the 1990s fashion scene.
Gigi Hadid’s younger sister visited the beauty store Ulta Beauty to pick up a few bags of gifts before stopping by HomBom Toys, presumably to get her niece Khai, Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik’s daughter, some Christmas presents.

The ultimate Gen-Z style chameleon who never ceases to amaze with her runway and off-duty street-style looks, Bella Hadid showed her take on winter layering during her recent outing.
One of Time Magazine’s 100 most influential people in the world of 2023, Bella decided to go for a festive look for her last-minute holiday shopping. She dressed in a tan plaid wool coat with blue and yellow checks instead of the customary holiday colors of green and red.
Underneath her trendy outerwear, Bella put on a busty display in a white button-down shirt layered over a ribbed bodysuit with a cleavage-baring plunging scoop-neck. Both of which were neatly tucked into a pair of high-waisted, dark-wash, straight-leg jeans.

Drawing attention to her decolletage, the Swarovski brand ambassador layered a dainty collar necklace and a large heart pendant necklace around her neck. She added a few more rings and thick gold hoops as accessories to give her winter ensemble a little extra glimmer.
The Kin Euphorics founder kept her shopping essentials in a vintage Prada Barrel bag made of perforated Saffiano leather. It debuted at the luxury Italian fashion house’s 2010 Cruise runway show in two-tone yellow and blue.
A pair of black leather boots rounded out her chic shopping look. They have wide square toes, which have been in style this season, accompanied by thick block heels that gave Hadid’s 5’9” height an extra inch or two.

When it came to her glam, Bella simply highlighted her dewy skin with minimal makeup, including nude pink lipstick and blush.
Emulating the sexy librarian look, Bella wore thick, red-framed eyeglasses and let her shiny brunette hair cascade around her shoulders in waves with a side parting.

Bella Hadid Is Finally Healthy After Lyme Disease Battle
Bella Hadid has recently been spotted strolling around New York City four months after opening up about her health issues and battle with Lyme disease, which, according to Mayo Clinic, “is an illness caused by borrelia bacteria. Humans usually get Lyme disease from the bite of a tick carrying the bacteria.”
Diagnosed with the illness in 2012, Hadid said she’s “finally healthy” after over a decade of “invisible suffering.”
“The little me that suffered would be so proud of grown me for not giving up on myself,” she captioned her Instagram post.

She expressed gratitude towards her family, particularly her mother, Yolanda Hadid, who, alongside Bella’s brother Anwar, was also diagnosed with the same tick-borne illness in 2012.
“Thankful to my mommy for keeping all of my medical records, sticking by me, never leaving my side, protecting, supporting, but most of all, believing me through all of this.”
“Living in this state, worsening with time and work while trying to make myself, my family, and the people who support me, proud, had taken a toll on me in ways I can’t really explain. To be that sad and sick with the most blessings/privilege/opportunity/love around me was quite possibly the most confusing thing ever.”

Bella went on to reassure her fans that everything was well. “One thing I want to express to you all is that 1: I am okay and you do not have to worry, and 2: I wouldn’t change anything for the world. If I had to go through all of this again, to get here, to this exact moment I’m in right now, with all of you, finally healthy, I would do it all again. It made me who I am today.”
“The universe works in the most painful and beautiful ways but I need to say that if you are struggling— it will get better. I promise. Take a step away, stay strong, have faith in your path, walk in your truth and the clouds will start to clear up. I have so much gratitude for and perspective on life, this 100+ days of Lyme, chronic disease, co infection treatment, almost 15 years of invisible suffering, was all worth it if I’m able to, God willing, have a lifetime of spreading love from a full cup, and being able to truly be myself, For the first time ever.”
The model continued by explaining her choice of images, which included multiple shots of her getting various treatments.
She also thanked her company, supporters, agents, her “genius” doctor, and “her incredible team of nurses.”
