In January 2019, Chrissy Teigen started the new year with a severe hangover at the 2019 Critics’ Choice Awards!

The previous evening, Chrissy hosted John’s 40th birthday party. She admitted on Twitter that she was having a little trouble getting to the award ceremony. “Why oh why god did I agree to the people or critics choice whatever it is the night after John’s party? This was a big mistake. Huge yes, this is a fancy problem,” she tweeted.

The then-33-year-old American model and author donned a white strapless dress from the Maison Yeya Fall 2018 Couture Collection and accessorized with Jaipur Gems diamond earrings, Yvan Tufenkjian rings, and a sparkling, glittery champagne-tone leather Celeste clutch from Jimmy Choo’s SS18 collection. She completed her outfit with Stuart Weitzman’s Nudist sandals.

In 2017, Chrissy Teigen was the world’s third-highest-paid supermodel, with an income of $13.5 million. She made another $11.5 million in 2018 and tied for third place with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. She has a net worth of $100 million with her husband as of 2024.

Her income derives from her hosting gig on Lip Sync Battle, a wildly popular segment on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, her cookbooks, modeling campaigns (including Chase, Pampers, and Becca Cosmetics), and other entrepreneurial endeavors.
Sporting a slick Jimmy Choo gold-tone metal cube clasp closure with a crystal detail in the center, an internal logo patch, and shiny gold-tone hardware with a side embossed logo stamp, this chic Celeste clutch can be carried in the hand or worn over the shoulder courtesy of its elegant gold-tone chain strap.

Chrissy married John Legend, an American singer-songwriter, on September 14, 2013, in Como, Italy. They met on the set of his 2007 music video for “Stereo,” the fourth single from John Legend’s second album, Once Again.

It’s no surprise that celebrities are one of the main vehicles for big fashion houses to parade their creative work, but sometimes, when we add up the total price tags, we can’t help but think of all the starving children around the world.
In July 2015, Chrissy Teigen wore a $4,878 outfit to Wimbledon to see sisters Serena and Venus battle head-on.

Her outfit reportedly included a Magda Butrym dress priced at $1,730, Stuart Weitzman Nudist sandals for $398, a Valentino bag for $2,345, and Oliver Peoples sunglasses for $405. Altogether, her look cost $4,878—and we must admit, she looked like a million dollars.

The lovely couple was reportedly trying to aim for baby number one. Chrissy initially hesitated because of her modeling career but decided it was the time (hence the hunt for a bigger place). She had a good head start with how she “babies” her dogs.

No matter how often we see the Stuart Weitzman Nudist on celebrity feet, we are awed by its versatility.
