In May 2016, Aquamarine actress Emma Roberts stepped out to help promote the second season of her TV series “Scream Queens” during the 2016 Fox Upfront Presentation at Central Park in New York City.

Emma Roberts’ Breakthrough Role in Aquamarine
Ten years earlier, she starred as Claire Brown in the 2006 American teen fantasy romantic comedy Aquamarine. She also recorded “Island in the Sun,” a song by the American rock band Weezer, for the Aquamarine soundtrack.
Emma’s performance in the film won her a 2007 Young Artist Award for Best Supporting Young Actress in a Feature Film.

Behind the Scenes of Aquamarine: Filming in Australia
Filmed in Australia, the only other American actors in the movie are Joanna “JoJo” Levesque, Sara Paxton, Arielle Kebbel, and Jake McDorman.
“My character is named Claire and she’s totally opposite of me. She’s really shy and really afraid of everything and doesn’t want to take any chances. But it’s fun to play a character that’s not like yourself,” Roberts told Seventeen about her character in the movie.
“Probably the beaches – they were so nice there,” she added about her favorite thing about Australia. “And we had the beach right across the street from the apartment building we were staying in so we went swimming in the ocean every day.”

Emma celebrated her 14th birthday on February 10, 2005, during filming, and was 15 years old when the film was released in the United States on March 3, 2006.
Emma Roberts’ Fashion at the 2016 Fox Upfront Presentation

At the 2016 Fox Upfront Presentation Party at Central Park’s Wollman Rink in New York City, the then-25-year-old actress opted for a demure but fashion-forward look, teaming a ribbed white bandeau top with a yellow textured mid-length skirt, both by Victoria Beckham.
She further glammed up the feminine look with a few accessories, including a layered necklace by Dana Rebecca, a pair of diamond stud earrings, and a blush round purse by Charlotte Olympia.

She wore her shiny red tresses straight and down, both sides parted and tucked behind her ears. Emma kept her makeup fresh and pretty with pink lipstick, blush, and dark eyeliner.
Emma complemented the ladylike ensemble with an edgy pair of strappy suede Hutton pumps by Nicholas Kirkwood. They feature cutouts at the sides, triple slim buckled straps, pointed toes, and four-inch stiletto heels.
