We want to give major props to Helen Lasichanh for having the guts to perfectly follow the theme of this year’s Met Gala. While other attendees didn’t even dare touch the Rei Kawakubo/Comme des Garçons theme, Mrs. Pharrell Williams was right on the money — even while her husband stood by her side looking like he didn’t dress up at all.
That said, netizens and fashion critics alike were quick to dub Helen Lasichanh’s look as the craziest of the night. Her arms-encasing, puffy red outfit has so far been compared to a lobster, a gummy bear and the red Teletubby. Check out her look.
