Irina Shayk recently co-hosted the third night of the 76th Sanremo Italian Music Festival, turning heads with a series of bold, high-fashion looks.
Each outfit was designed by Italian designer Riccardo Tisci and, as Irina shared, represented a different stage of his career—highlighting some of his most iconic styles over the years.

From sleek stilettos to bold statement heels, let’s take a closer look at the standout shoes she wore during her hosting appearance.
Victorian Romance in Givenchy “Rooja” Lace-Up Mules and Lace Slip Mini
Irina Shayk’s Givenchy “Rooja” lace-up mules from the Spring/Summer 2016 Ready-to-Wear collection were probably my favorite among the shoes she wore that evening.
Inspired by Victorian footwear, they featured corset-style lace-up detailing at the front, with delicate white lace inserts that created a pretty peek-a-boo, see-through effect.
The pinked trims and tiny perforations along the pointed toes and sides added such intricate detail, and the open back set on slim heels gave them that sharp, architectural edge I love.

Irina paired them with a matching white lace slip dress from the same collection, finished with scalloped lace trims at the neckline, hem, and off-the-shoulder sleeves.
A white fur stole brought in soft drama, while a gold heirloom necklace, passed down through generations of Riccardo’s family, added meaning to the look.

Gothic Couture in Feather Thong Sandals and Sheer Lace Catsuit
In another look, Irina slipped into dramatic black feathered sandals with thong-style straps that instantly took the whole outfit up a notch.
They featured delicate feathers lining the straps, adding movement and a touch of couture drama. They also had an open back and tall, slender heels, giving the design a sleek, high-fashion finish.

Irina switched things up with another lace moment, this time in striking black. She embraced high-fashion gothic vibes in a sheer black lace catsuit with a high neck and long sleeves.
Over it, a sleek black bodysuit gave her coverage while perfectly highlighting her figure. Around her waist, she layered a slightly structured black tulle lace skirt that fell to her ankles, creating movement and a dramatic silhouette as she walked down the steps.

Architectural Edge in Cylindrical Block-Heeled Boots and Apron Dress
I loved how Irina changed into another daring all-black outfit that felt both minimal and bold.
She wore closed-toe boots with high cylindrical block heels, barely visible under the hem of her dress, but you could tell they perfectly complemented the sleek, modern feel of her outfit.
The chunky, structured heel added height while keeping her look strong and architectural.

Irina’s black dress featured an apron-style bodice with nothing layered underneath, showing off her back and a subtle hint of side detail. The top had a clean, minimal silhouette, which made the design even more striking.
From there, the silhouette flowed into a tiered skirt finished with an asymmetrical lace overlay decorated with delicate dotted patterns.
Paired with the gold heirloom necklace and a black cap, the entire look felt edgy, fashion-forward, and effortlessly cool.

Minimalist Gloss in Sleek Flats and Sequined Tassel Gown
Irina saved her boldest look for later in the night. She kept her shoes simple, choosing a pair of closed-toe flat shoes with a glossy, high-shine finish that perfectly matched the sparkle of her sequined dress. I loved how sleek and polished they looked, especially paired with such a dramatic gown.
The clean, minimal design of the shoes allowed the plunging neckline and all those shimmering, eye-catching details to take center stage.

Shayk’s dress featured a daring plunging neckline with slim, embellished strips of fabric framing her chest and revealing a hint of her sideboob.
A defined waistband held the flowing tasseled skirt in place, creating a sense of movement as she walked. These strips were covered in black and multicolored sequins and crystals, reflecting beautifully with every step she took.
Irina still accessorized with Riccardo’s heirloom necklace, adding a meaningful touch to this glamorous, head-turning evening look.

Timeless Polish in Pointed Pumps and Gold Chain Fringe Gown
For her final look, Irina Shayk kept things modest and timeless, and I honestly loved the shift. She wore simple pointed-toe pumps with slim ankle straps that matched the clean elegance of her dress.
The heels were understated and polished, allowing the rest of the outfit to stand out.

Shayk’s form-fitting black turtleneck dress featured long sleeves and a sleek column skirt that pooled gently around her shoes. The silhouette was minimal and chic, but the gold-tone fringe chains at her waist and cuffs completely transformed it. They added movement, texture, and just the right amount of shine against the all-black fabric.
I loved how the metallic details caught the light as she walked, giving this classic black gown a glamorous, high-fashion edge!
