Julianne couldn’t have looked lovelier even if she tried. She picked the right top to go with her new hairstyle. The lace top is very California-weather-friendly and gave off a sweet and feminine vibe. It’s appropriate for the occasion, too, because she wore it on Valentine’s Day!
