It looks like Katharine McPhee devised a way to make those promo interviews more bearable. The actress recently brought her dog — Wilma — along with her. The two and Katharine’s “Scorpion” co-star Ari Stidham sat down to do a Facebook Live chat at the Comic Con in San Diego.

Katharine showed off her svelte figure in a sleeveless, fully embellished short dress by Alice + Olivia. The singer-turned-actress paired her ensemble with a subtle pair of nude Tamara Mellon “Frontline” sandals to let the dress take center stage.

Katharine’s dog, Wilma McPhee, stayed pretty calm in Ari Stidham’s arms throughout the interview. The two then proceeded to answer some questions about the upcoming season of their show, Scorpion. At one point, Wilma even fell asleep, waking up to fits of laughter from the co-stars.
