Kim was spotted wearing an all-black ensemble as she left a Chinese restaurant in West Hollywood last Sunday with her beau Kanye West. She sported a chic one-piece top and short skirt combo, which she appropriately paired with sexy thigh-high suede boots. But aside from her rocking outfit, what drew our attention the most was her gold and black hand-embroidered ‘Miss Dea’ clutch from Dolce & Gabbana that served as a precious cherry on top of her all-black ensemble!
