At the 21st Annual Critics’ Choice Awards held at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica in January 2016, Leslie Mann brought her signature mix of playful glamour and classic Hollywood polish to the blue carpet alongside husband Judd Apatow.

While Apatow attended in support of Trainwreck, Mann’s look quickly became one of the night’s standout fashion moments thanks to her black-and-white Monique Lhuillier gown and crystal-detailed Christian Louboutin heels.

The actress balanced the romantic tulle silhouette with sharply finished accessories, including Christian Louboutin’s embellished “Salopatina” pumps — a red carpet style that blended delicate mesh, sparkling hematite crystals, and the designer’s signature towering shape.
The shoe choice added a sharper, more modern edge to the ballet-inspired dress while complementing Leslie Mann’s 5’5″ (165.1 cm) frame and US shoe size 8 with the clean, elongated lines of the pointed-toe silhouette.
Leslie Mann and Judd Apatow first met during her audition for The Cable Guy (1996), the dark comedy starring Jim Carrey that Apatow produced. Apatow later recalled reading Jim Carrey’s lines during the audition and immediately feeling a connection.

The couple married in Hawaii after working together on the film and later welcomed daughters Maude and Iris, who have both followed in their parents’ footsteps into acting.
While their partnership began on a film set, it has since evolved into a decade-long red-carpet collaboration.

In 2012, Elle Magazine named Leslie “Hollywood’s Queen of Comedy.” But at the awards show, she was more like a ballerina princess in a black strapless dress by Monique Lhuillier.

The “This Is 40” star showed off her toned arms and shoulders in a fancy dress that featured a black-and-white ombré tulle skirt.
She teamed the Black Swan-inspired dress with Borgioni earrings, an AS29 ring, and a black satin Amanda Pearl clutch.

Leslie kept the look classy by wearing her blonde locks in an elegant ponytail with loose curls and sporting flawless makeup with bold pink lipstick.

Leslie added a few more inches to her already-tall frame by wearing a pair of Christian Louboutin “Salopatina” pumps, which Serena Williams also wore when she was named the 2015 Sportsperson of the Year at Sports Illustrated’s Sportsperson of the Year Award Ceremony.

These glam shoes are crafted from patent leather and fine mesh materials and feature hematite crystals, t-straps, buckled ankle straps, and four-inch heels.
