The daughter of Serene Justice and Mark Reed, she was born on May 28, 1996, into a family of European and Puerto Rican descent. Her mother, Serene Justice-Reed, moved with her daughters from Florida to Hollywood, California in 2003.
Victoria Justice’s father, Zack Justice, is of English, German, and Irish descent. Madison Grace’s father, Mark Reed, is also European. Serene Justice-Reed has Puerto Rican roots.

During the 2nd week of Coachella in 2014, the hippie-bohemian crowd just got bigger and more stylish with each passing day. Victoria Justice nailed the festival look with an arresting hot pink knit tank she wore over a pair of white shorts.

To complete the look, the then 21-year-old actress added a woven brown vest, a brown mini purse, and low-heeled ankle boots. And don’t forget her flower crown!
