We hadn’t seen Madge in a while, and her latest accessory shocked us. This pop queen will no longer wear cone bras; she has found a new fad to love—grills, golden ones with 24 diamond stone embellishments.

Yep, Madonna has joined Kendall Jenner, Khloé Kardashian, Katy Perry, and countless other hip-hop artists in decorating or messing up (depending on your perspective) their pearly whites.

We first thought that she had braces on her teeth, that maybe the singer needed to correct a bite problem or something. But upon closer inspection (and as confirmed on her Instagram account), the shiny gob is her grills.
