For one, the belt was too tight as it pinched the svelte actress’ waist at the sides. And two, were the cutouts meant to also expose some underboob? Even if the high cut was intentional, it gives the impression that Michael Kors wasn’t sure of the exact location of Mandy Moore’s waist.
