She wore a studded leather arm sling to the premiere due to a shoulder injury she sustained while filming a music video for a remix of her song #Beautiful.

The injury occurred when she fell while wearing high heels on the video set directed by her then-husband, Nick Cannon. She was taken to the hospital, where it was determined that she had dislocated her shoulder, cracked a rib, and sustained nerve damage.
