Kourtney Kardashian took her two-year-old daughter, Penelope, to a dance class, along with her newborn son, Reign Aston, at Miss Melodee Studios in Tarzana, Los Angeles, on Thursday morning — two days after her husband Scott Disick checked into a rehab in Costa Rica (and reportedly left just after 12 hours).

The 35-year-old reality TV star was spotted with her sister Kim Kardashian, Kim’s husband Kanye West, and their daughter North West, who was also present for the ballet class.

The mom-of-three dressed casually, rocking a pair of jeans and a white tee. She traded her luxurious designer coats for a $68 pink First & I trench coat to keep her warm for the day out.
Kourtney wore black sunglasses and carried a large Mansur Gavriel leather backpack as her baby bag.

Completing the eldest of the Kardashian sisters’ cool-chic look was a pair of Saint Laurent “Rock” Chelsea boots.
They are made of lizard-stamped calfskin leather and feature tapered pointed toes, ankle pull tabs, elastic side gores, and 1.5-inch heels.
