Later the same day, she attended her “Open Book” memoir celebration held at Stella 34 Trattoria, an authentic Italian restaurant located in Macy’s Herald Square.

During her appearance on the Dr. Oz Show, Jessica admitted that she and her ex Nick Lachey didn’t sign a prenup, but she wishes she had.
“That’s the funny thing: Nick wanted me to sign a prenup and I was so offended,” she shared. “I’m like, ’But we’re going to be together for the rest of our lives. We’re saying our vows to God and in front of all of our family and friends. This is never gonna end.′ And we didn’t sign a prenup.”
