Rachel Zoe sure likes oversized pieces. We spotted the stylist-at-large grab coffee with her man the other day while decked in an extra-long black maxi and a large black shawl.

We’d probably think she was hiding a baby bump underneath the dress if we didn’t know it.
Oh, and lest we forget, she also had a large black tote across her shoulder. She would have easily drowned in all the black if not for the blonde crop of hair and the gold baubles around her neck.

How do you like this stylist’s latest street look? You know, for such a tiny and frail-looking lady, she sure can pull off an overpowering all-black outfit, no?
Now, let’s discuss her fringed shawl. Can you identify the piece? It sure looks familiar. That’s right. It’s a black Gucci fringed scarf. We highly suspect it’s this “Cavendish” shawl. It has the same wooly texture and pattern and is just as dark.

Later that day, we saw Rachel again in the Soho district. She still wore something long and black but decided to switch her shawl for a blue plaid tweed cape. We say she looked so much better in the second look. What do you think?
