There’s no denying that Rihanna can rock just about any look. From controversial waist-high boots to a sculptural Comme des Garçons dress at the 2017 Met Gala, Rihanna continues to deviate from the norm and knock our socks off at every turn.
Recently, the singer made a case for yellow at the Fenty Beauty by Rihanna launch in New York City. This highly anticipated beauty brand is among Rihanna’s many creative projects, which include the recent “So Stoned” collection with Manolo Blahnik.

The 29-year-old multi-hyphenate hosted a party at Duggal Greenhouse to celebrate the launch of her makeup line, where she was hard to miss in a canary yellow ensemble and dramatic gladiator sandals.
Rihanna wore a custom look from Oscar de la Renta. She mixed and matched separates, including a long-sleeved top knotted at the waist and worn without a bra, and a structured ball gown skirt, which featured a sweeping train and a thigh-high slit. She styled it with a chic ponytail, minimal makeup, and jewelry from Chopard, Jacob & Co and Eho Maria.
A pair of custom gold over-the-knee gladiator sandals from Rene Caovilla provided the finishing touches to Rihanna’s vibrant look. The straps seemed to be wrapped too tightly around her skin, leaving marks, but regardless, Rihanna looked awesome.
