Rita Ora was almost a complete disaster at the DKMS “Big Love” Gala. The singer, who is usually great at rocking bold ensembles, missed the mark with a frumpy frock that was just too bright. But it wasn’t just the neon green color that was unsettling. The fit wasn’t flattering on her either, and we have a hard time imagining it would suit anyone else.
This hard-to-pull-off dress is from Emilio Pucci’s Fall 2017 Collection. It features a funnel neck, back slit and all-over sparkle embellishments, which seemed ridiculously unnecessary. The only redeeming element of this look was Rita’s flawless makeup. There’s a reason most people don’t wear lime green dresses out in public: This is one trend that just doesn’t work off the runway.

Rita paired the bright dress with golden strappy heels.
She styled the green frock with multicolored crystal earrings.
This dress is just not flattering from any angle.
