We are once again in the midst of New York Fashion Week. NYFW is always an exciting time for fashion lovers, and this year’s Fall/Winter 2023 season started with a bang, thanks to Saks Fifth Avenue’s kickoff party at The Jazz Club at Aman New York.
The event was graced by several A-list celebrities, including Emma Roberts, Charli XCX, and Nicky Hilton Rothschild, who each brought their unique style to the event on February 8.
1. Emma Roberts Dazzles in Proenza Schouler Midi-Dress
Emma Roberts, the event’s host, looked lovely at the launch celebration in a delicate white. The 32-year-old successful movie actress looked stunning in an exquisite Proenza Schouler pleated bustier midi dress. The dress had a sweetheart neckline and a corset-like design that cinched her waistline.

The host completed her look with striking makeup, donning a stained pink lip, vivid blush, and piercing black eyeliner.

2. Charli XCX Rocks in Ludovic de Saint Sernin
Charli XCX kicked off Saks’ opening party with a commanding performance, dressed in a striking, retro-inspired ensemble. The 30-year-old singer-songwriter rocked a blue denim lace-up minidress from Ludovic de Saint Sernin’s Fall 2023 collection.
The pleated skirt of her dress had two front slits, and the LdSS symbol was printed in large, bold letters all over the front and back of the garment.

Charli paired her outfit with black lace-up knee-high boots and a denim moto jacket from the same collection. The performer’s dramatic smoky wing eyeliner complemented her black tresses, left in a carefree hairstyle. She accessorized with silver hoop earrings, futuristic shield spectacles, and a black Coach shoulder bag.
3. Nicky Hilton Rothschild Channels Barbiecore in Alice + Olivia
Nicky Hilton Rothschild attended the prestigious event, channeling Barbiecore in an all-pink look from head to toe. The businesswoman and socialite wore an Alice + Olivia Elana croc-embossed vegan leather mini skirt and a Caprice drop-shoulder pullover, which she topped off with crystal-studded pink satin Amina Muaddi Begum leather-trimmed PVC pumps.
She carried a little sparkly Valentino One Stud embroidered purse embellished with a single rhinestone stud and accessorized with a Tiffany & Co. chain-link necklace and diamond stud earrings.
