Despite the decreasing temperatures in the Big Apple, the 18-year-old actress and singer dared to show plenty of skin in a cropped black tank top paired with a skimpy thigh-skimming blue leather miniskirt, which featured black detailing on the pockets and waistband.

To amp up the fresh and sultry look, she wore her long tresses sleek straight with side-swept bangs and sported vampish coral red lipstick.
