George Clooney and Julia Roberts have a long history together. They’ve starred in several films together for more than two decades now, first appearing as husband and wife in the 2001 heist movie Ocean’s Eleven.
Twenty-one years later, the iconic duo is back on the big screen as a divorced couple in the romantic-comedy Ticket to Paradise.

On Thursday, the pair were pictured in matching suits while linking arms on their way to the Jimmy Kimmel Live studios to promote their new movie.
Clooney looked dapper in a classic gray suit with a black shirt and a pair of black dress shoes.

Roberts, meanwhile, went the quirky route in a sport-meets-tailoring ensemble custom-made by Adidas x Gucci.
She wore a beige co-ord, composed of a collarless, double-breasted suit jacket with black faux fur cuffs and matching wide-leg pants with the iconic Adidas three-stripe design.
Underneath, the Mona Lisa Smile actress wore a white shirt with a black tie, finished with a pair of pointy black pumps.

The rich actress kept the rest of her look simple by skipping any ornate jewelry and wearing just a pair of Ray-Ban aviators.
Her long, auburn tresses were parted in the middle and worn down in waves, while her makeup was kept in a neutral palette to let her natural beauty shine.

Following the interview, Julia traded her sporty-chic beige co-ord for a navy blazer romper by Thom Browne. It’s a combination of a blazer-style top and knee-length shorts, complete with lapels and red, white, and blue striped lining.
Adding some style to the look, the Mystic Pizza star wore a long gold pendant necklace and a pair of gold drop earrings.

Completing the androgynous-chic ensemble was a pair of brogue pumps by Thom Browne.
These $990 shoes are made of black pebbled grain leather and feature a lace-up closure, pointed toes, perforations, curved heels, and the American fashion designer’s signature grosgrain loop tab.
Wearing gold-framed Ray-Ban aviators, Roberts styled her natural red locks in voluminous waves and painted her lips nude.

What Is Ticket to Paradise Move About?
Ticket to Paradise follows a divorced couple, David and Georgia Cotton (played by George Clooney and Julia Roberts, respectively), as they team up to sabotage the impending wedding of their daughter Lily (played by Kaitlyn Dever) to a man she just met.

The exes decide to work together to stop the wedding and prevent Lily from making the same mistake they made twenty-five years ago.
Directed by Ol Parker, Ticket to Paradise had its world premiere in Barcelona last September and is scheduled to hit US theaters on October 21.

Ticket to Paradise isn’t the first movie where they played as a couple. In 2001, George Clooney and Julia Roberts starred as exes in their first film together, Ocean’s Eleven.

A year later, they were both cast in the 2002 biographical spy movie Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, followed by the second installment in the Ocean’s franchise, Ocean’s Twelve, in 2004.
After 12 years, in 2016, the two reunited in the crime thriller Money Monster, which was directed by actress Jodie Foster.
Julia Roberts also starred as Barbara Weston-Fordham in the 2013 American tragicomedy film August: Osage County, which was produced by George Clooney, Grant Heslov, Jean Doumanian, and Steve Traxler.
Why George Clooney and Julia Roberts Never Dated?
While George Clooney and Julia Roberts share undeniable chemistry on-screen, the stars admitted that their decades of friendship never turned romantic.
In an interview with Access Hollywood on Wednesday, the two were asked if they “ever have a no-dating policy” given their years of friendship. Roberts replied, “I don’t think we needed to state it.”
Clooney explained, “Julia was always in a relationship, or I was in a relationship. And we were fast friends right away and so it was nothing, it’s been nothing but fun for us so, I don’t think that was ever really a thing.”

When asked about their first impressions of each other, George said Roberts “made me laugh,” and Julia said Clooney was “gentle.”
Regarding the quality they admire most of one another, Roberts said it’s George’s fortitude and George mentioned Julia’s kindness.
Julia has been married to cinematographer Daniel Moder since 2002 and shares three kids with him, while George wed his second wife, Amal Alamuddin, in 2014.
