It’s been two days since the Emmy Awards aired, but we (and the rest of the World Wide Web) are still buzzing about all the action on Sunday. As always, we spotted fabulous fashion and footwear at the event, but we were most stunned to see Tina Fey’s unfortunate wardrobe malfunction.

If you don’t already know, the former ’30 Rock’ star had an unintentional Miley Cyrus moment when she revealed a little too much of herself while receiving an award. Not enough double-sided tape?

We love how she bounced back so quickly from the mishap. In true Tina Fey style, she brushed it off and made fun of herself in a new promo for the season premiere of ‘Saturday Night Live’.

Despite her embarrassing nip slip, we think she looked gorgeous in her body-hugging royal blue Narciso Rodriguez gown.

It seems like Tina’s Roger Vivier “Bibendum” sandals were a little difficult for her to walk in since she and gal pal Amy Poehler had to crawl to the stage earlier that evening to present the award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series.

The triple-stacked platforms do seem a little higher than normal for the actress, but we love them on her anyway.
