Who says stylish shoes have to come with pinching toe boxes and uncomfortable heels? Sometimes, the perfect pair of flat menswear-inspired shoes can be the best fit for an occasion.
Tracee Ellis Ross and Sophia Bush struck the perfect balance between stylish and comfortable as they enjoyed the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic at the Will Rogers State Historic Park along with their fellow Hollywood A-listers. While most of the stars wore sandals, both Tracee and Sophia opted for menswear-inspired shoes at the sporting event.

The Golden Globe winner showcased her cool-girl style in a snazzy outfit at the Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic. Tracee wore a green Agnes B button-down shirt with white polka dots, which she tucked into mustard yellow Celine pants. She styled it with minimal makeup, an oversized straw hat and a Louis Vuitton logo clutch.
Of course, no outfit of Tracees is complete without a quirky or funky element added to the mix. The actress wore a pair of Stuart Weitzman menswear-inspired oxfords, which tied up her look nicely.

The “Marlon” oxfords feature white nappa leather and contrasting black cap toes with coordinating heel counters. These menswear-inspired shoes also have a round-toe silhouette, flat block heels and monochromatic stitching.

Meanwhile, Sophia donned a pretty black-and-white striped dress from Altuzarra’s Pre-Fall 2017 collection. The “Dorothea” dress features a round neckline, short sleeves and white floral details. The 35-year-old American actress, director, spokesperson, and activist styled it with a chic updo, minimal makeup, a black embellished shoulder bag and red nails for a pop of color. She finished off her look with white lace-up oxfords, which toned down the feminine charm of her dress.
