Once in a while, it’s refreshing to see teen stars dress up in such a way that highlights their youth instead of opting to look like a 30-year-old woman.
A perfect example is 19-year-old Nickelodeon star Victoria Justice, who dazzled in a playful Betty Boop-inspired ensemble at the 10th Anniversary of Teen Vogue and Chloë Grace Moretz’s 16th birthday celebration just last Thursday in New York City.

Even if it’s a Betty Boop-inspired ensemble, Victoria managed to wing it and make it age-appropriate and wholesome. She paired a hot red studded corset top with a black leather skater skirt, a pair of black leggings, and a pair of Aldo ankle boots.
