Joined by her boyfriend, Good Girls cameraman George Bianchini, actress Christina Hendricks arrived at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party in a completely different look than what most stars wore.
The redhead rocked her signature locks in curls and a side part and forewent the traditional gown in favor of a skirt and blouse combo from Gucci.

The blouse was a turquoise short sleeve number with jeweled accents and a plunging neckline. Her skirt was a basic black piece, save for the belt at her waist with a large jewel.
The outfit accentuated her buxom figure, but the overall look lacked the glitz and glamor that the Oscars are known for.

Although she didn’t attend the actual ceremony, her fashion choices could’ve better reflected the quintessential Oscars aesthetic.
In March 2014, Christina Hendricks looked radiant at the ‘Mad Men’ presentation during The Paley Center for Media’s annual PaleyFest event in Hollywood.
The then 38-year-old stunner gave a perfect tribute to the legacy of L’Wren Scott in a stunning green number from the designer’s Fall 2012 collection.

Laura “Luann” Bambrough, known professionally as L’Wren Scott, was found dead in her home on March 17, 2014, from a suicide by hanging. A multitude of tributes came pouring in from the devotees of the beloved designer.
L’Wren Scott had carved out a niche as a creator of beautiful dresses that celebrate the female form, and Christina’s classy and sultry look at PaleyFest was the perfect embodiment of what the then 49-year-old designer successfully accomplished in her short but illustrious career.

The gorgeous actress showed off her voluptuous figure in a long-sleeved frock with a V-shaped neckline and gold embellishments on the sleeves and waist.
It features an emerald hue that looked beautiful against her flawless complexion and flame-colored locks in retro-glam curls.

The finishing touches to her look were her coral lips and gold accents, such as a gold clutch and a pair of pointy-toe pumps in gold metallic leather, to complement the gold embroidery on her pretty frock.

We don’t have the exact details on Christina’s shoes just yet, but here are a few alternatives for gold pointy-toe pumps to help you get your shining moment:
Casadei “Blade” Pumps in Gold, $565.39
Gianvito Rossi Pointed-Toe Pumps in Gold, $606.11
Sergio Rossi Gold Metallic Leather Pumps, $630.62
Also in attendance at the ‘Mad Men’ event during PaleyFest 2014 was Elisabeth Moss, who opted for a sexy yet classy look in a sleeveless black Emilio Pucci dress with white lace panels.

Her chin-length hair was styled in a choppy bob, and she added oomph to her outfit with bold red lips and a pair of spicy red heels from Brian Atwood.

The then 31-year-old actress wore the Brian Atwood “Patty” pumps in red, which feature pointy toes, self-covered heels, glossy red patent leather, and a sexy d’Orsay silhouette.
This color variant is currently unavailable, but you can purchase the ‘Patty’ pumps in black patent leather and blue suede at Amazon.
