After an interview at The Graham Norton Show, Katy Perry decided to grab a bite at The Wolseley restaurant in London. She was all smiles and ready to be photographed by the paparazzi and while her demeanor was light and friendly, her ensemble for the night was the exact opposite.
We know that this pretty singer has a penchant for looking a little dark but this latest look is not very appealing at all. She was wearing a Thomas Wylde feather print dress that covered up her whole body, and paired the dress with Toga Pulla block heel ankle boots.

We actually like these Toga Pulla boots. They have a very western vibe to them but it looks a little awkward with Katy’s dress, kind of like a weird concoction that would leave a bitter taste in your mouth.
With jeans, though, or skirts that have a shorter hem, these buckled boots would look fabulous!
