The ‘Hannah Montana’ actress herself contributed a lot to the look. Her new blonde hair color looked great, her skin was glowing and her enviable long stems really knocked that short, figure-hugging strapless dress out of the ballpark.
Miley Cyrus, of course, had a lot of help to look like that. Wearing a dress with a long train is a surefire way to make a dramatic entrance, but it’s most likely a real hassle to wear in real life. Unless of course, you have a “dress train assistant” at hand like Miley.
