2. Saoirse Ronan in Pale Pink Dress
Going with the pastel color of the year, Saoirse Ronan wore a pale pink dress from the Michael Kors Collection.

The lovely dress is decorated with beading and semi-sheer fabric. She kept her makeup and accessories minimal and wore a slightly messy updo to offset the delicate dress.

3. Rooney Mara in Gorgeous Black Dress
Rooney Mara pulled off another edgy but glamorous look in her Valentino Haute Couture gown, which she styled with Fred Leighton jewelry and a sleek, high ponytail.

The black number had a very low, plunging neckline that revealed some side-boob action.

4. Rachel McAdams in Gothic Old-Hollywood Gown
The lovely Rachel McAdams wore a dark, romantic look in a gorgeous Elie Saab ball gown. The dramatic black couture creation featured floral embroidery, beading, and sheer details.

The Wedding Crashers actress styled it with simple Harry Kotlar earrings and a Le Vian cocktail ring.

5. Claire Danes in Sleeveless Blue Dress
Claire Danes paired a simple, modern-styled Stella McCartney gown with Tiffany & Co. jewelry.

The two-toned dress had a low v-neckline and a short train. Her makeup was soft, and her hairstyle was kept easy-breezy and simple.

6. Ellie Kemper in Strapless Patterned Gown
Ellie Kemper surprised us with a strapless Peter Pilotto dress that showcased a bold pattern and a textured design.

While the unique style of Ellie’s gown is not something we see very often for red carpet events, the charming redhead managed to pull it off.

7. Viola Davis in Lavender Gown
Viola Davis was all about classic glam for the special night when she took home the trophy for Best Actress in a TV Drama Series.

Davis looked beautiful in an off-shoulder Zac Posen lavender gown, which she punctuated with Buccellati bangles and a matching boxy clutch.

8. Emilia Clarke in Hot Pink Dress
Bright pinks can be hard to pull off in red carpet events, but Emilia Clarke was able to look extra cute and glamorous at the same time.

The ‘Game of Thrones’ star wore a fuchsia pink Dior Haute Couture ball gown and decorated her stunning look with jewelry from the same brand.
