Not sure if you saw her performance at the ‘2011 CNN Heroes: An All Star Tribute’ event held in L.A. last Monday, but Miley Cyrus looked quite stunning in her bright blue frock and strappy heels as she sang her hit song “The Climb” onstage:
Unlike her sexy red carpet look, the bright blue Juan Carlos Obando dress covered more skin though it still gave the young singer-actress that elegant grown-up appearance. The revealing crystal belted silk-chiffon gown that she wore on the red carpet is by Roberto Cavalli.

And then of course, we could not help but notice the strappy heels that she wore while performing. We did a bit of search on the WWW and found out that Miley’s shoes are these multi-buckled sandals from Balenciaga:

They’re stunning and sexy. And perhaps what makes these stilts different is the fact that instead of lace-ups, the straps are held together by buckles.
