Wearing a bizarre-looking layered outfit, the 34-year-old ShoeDazzle founder turned heads as usual as she flaunted a hefty amount of cleavage in a long-sleeved button-down pinstripe shirt, which showed a glimpse of her red camisole, topped with a matching blazer worn over her shoulders.

What was strange was pairing the pinstripe pieces with a buttoned wool miniskirt, which actually looked like a gray cardigan sans the sleeves.

It looks like these Givenchy “Narlia” boots in stretch nappa leather are the reality star’s new go-to boots. Despite the 4.5-inch metal pin heels, which are partially covered, Kim managed to keep her balance.
