In a February 2016 interview with Instyle, she revealed how she got into character as Chanel Oberlin.
“Well, the second you put on stilettos and those crazy outfits covered in feathers at 6 a.m., you have no choice but to turn into character,” she said jokingly. “I also drink a lot of coffee when I play Chanel. Lots of caffeine—it’s the only way I can get all those lines out in time.”

For the premiere of the new Fox show held September 21st at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles, Emma chose to keep things sweet and youthful in head-to-toe Alexander McQueen.

The 24-year-old actress joined her co-stars — including Lea Michele — on the red carpet. Emma was hard to ignore in a floral-embroidered silver mini dress from the designer’s Resort 2016 collection, which showed off her cleavage and toned legs.

She kept the look feminine by wearing a dainty Jennifer Meyer necklace, a pair of diamond earrings, and soft makeup.
