No matter what she wears, Sarah Jessica Parker will always be one of fashion’s most beloved sweethearts. However, most critics are at a loss whether or not to love her in this sequined dress from Marc Jacob’s Resort 2014 collection.

While others are still debating if this sequined number is “SJP” enough for SJP, we think that she, her husband Matthew Broderick, and her son James looked adorable at the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Press Night in London on June 25.

Just look at how sharply dressed James was. (I guess you must be if you’re SJP’s son.)

Jessica wore her 1960s-style dress with a Vale necklace, Fred Leighton jewelry, pointed black Manolo Blahnik pumps, and the “Baguette” by Fendi.

So, what do you think of the actress’ overall outfit? Do you agree with fashion critics that she should’ve worn a simple black clutch instead of a shoulder bag?
