Tia looked fresh and lovely in the sleeveless black frock that featured multicolored poppy prints on one side, a contrasting orange panel at the waist, and a low-cut plunging neckline. While the dress clearly hugged her curves, the bust area looked a little too tight.
The “Rosewood” star kept her accessories simple with just a black clutch and a pair of Stuart Weitzman sandals. Her stick-straight center-parted ombre locks and minimal makeup with pink lipstick rounded out her look.
