Kristen Stewart is the face of Chanel, so it was no surprise to see her wearing a full look from the high-fashion house with Repossi jewelry at the 2016 MET Gala held Monday evening at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

The 26-year-old actress stayed true to her signature edgy style in a long-sleeved black dress that featured metallic accents and leather panels from the French luxury label’s Fall 2016 collection.

She gave a peek at her stomach and legs in the mid-length frock, which had a cutout detail across the waist and a center front slit.

Kirsten played up the edgy vibe of the look with layered chain necklaces, an ear cuff, a couple of rings, and a pair of black leather ankle boots.
The Twilight actress wore her hair up and messy with braided sides, and donned silver metallic squared-off eyeshadow. Her make-up channeled this year’s gala theme: “Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology.”

Kirsten’s Chanel ankle boots feature the brand’s signature quilted design and logo details.

These black leather booties also have pointed toe caps and about four-inch heels.
