We have a huge orange crush—the fashion world called it, and Tokyo Fashion Week answered. Japanese brand A Degree Fahrenheit took the trend prediction that orange will be the new black for spring/summer 2014 to soaring heights.

Head designer Yu Amatsu did not disappoint. The fashion label debuted its creations on the runway one by one, all possessing its wonderful trademark craftsmanship and, shockingly, almost all in a monotone orange hue.

Yu Amatsu’s genius patternmaking skills stood out even more with his monotone creations, showcasing his talent for fabric manipulation. The collection mainly featured dresses of beautiful draping and panel work.
