These celebs know how to celebrate Halloween! It seems like they put in as much effort in their costumes as they do in their red carpet looks. Here are some of the standout costumes your favorite celebs wore this Halloween:
Matt Lauer as Casey Jean “C. J.” Parker
If you’ve ever wondered what Matt Lauer looks like in a sexy red women’s swimsuit and blond wig, then wonder no more.

He dressed up as Pamela Anderson’s character C.J. Parker from “Baywatch” for this year’s Halloween special:

Kate Moss as ‘The Skeleton Lady’
Supermodel Kate Moss and husband Jamie Hince paid tribute to Mexico’s Día de Muertos national holiday. Make-up artist Amy Wright created Kate’s unique skeleton look:

Naya Rivera as Carmen Sandiego
‘Glee’ star Naya Rivera brought out her inner spy and rocked a super sexy Carmen Sandiego outfit. She was sizzling hot in her fiery red ensemble, which was finished with leather gloves, thigh-high platform boots, and a silver suitcase.

Alessandra Ambrosio as Queen of Hearts
The Queen of Hearts from ‘Alice in Wonderland’ is a popular choice among Halloween party-goers, but this is probably the sexiest version we’ve ever seen.

Despite the short hemline of her dress, Alessandra Ambrosio’s costume is done very tastefully.

Rachel Zoe and Rodger Berman
Fashion power couple Rachel Zoe and Rodger Berman dressed up as another iconic duo for this year’s Halloween. We love how they completely embody their characters in this picture!

Fergie and Josh Duhamel
Talk about effort! The stylish duo Fergie and Josh Duhamel went all out with their costumes and makeup for their Dia De Muertos (Day of the Dead) look. They rocked this spooky and stylish ensemble effortlessly!

Paris Hilton as Miley Cyrus
Unsurprisingly, Paris Hilton chose to go as Miley Cyrus at the Playboy Mansion’s Halloween party. While her costume isn’t as exciting as some others, she looks great.
However, she missed a key element—the foam finger—which is a significant part of the look. So, overall, we think she didn’t quite nail this one.

Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris
Now, here’s the right way to do the Miley! At 87 years old, Hef is still partying like the Playboy rockstar he is.
Dressed as Robin Thicke, Hef strategically posed behind his wife Crystal, who nailed the Miley look complete with a foam finger, hair knots, and all.

Julianne Hough as Suzanne “Crazy Eyes” Warren
Julianne Hough won the award for worst costume this year. The dancer/actress faced major backlash for donning blackface and dressing as “Crazy Eyes,” her favorite character from the TV show ‘Orange is the New Black.’
Hough has since apologized on Twitter for her controversial Halloween costume, explaining that it wasn’t her intention “to be disrespectful or demeaning to anyone in any way.”

Who do you vote the best and worst dressed?
