We don’t think we’ve ever seen a cast have as much fun at their film’s premieres as The Hunger Games stars.
It might be because the promotions for Catching Fire have only just started. Still, something about their smiles, goofiness, and candidness at the movie’s Berlin premiere yesterday tells us that they’re not just putting on a show but are like old friends getting a chance to see each other again.

Between striking some practiced red carpet poses and giving their best Blue Steel faces, Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Banks, and Liam Hemsworth guffawed, hammed it up, and basically goofed around throughout the entire premiere.

All this buddy-buddy friendship realness and the film’s track record for giving us fierce fashion have gotten us unreasonably excited for the movie. And you can bet that its photo ops, premieres, and other publicity events are on our red carpet watch list.
Jennifer Lawrence and Elizabeth Banks had so much to talk about that night that they couldn’t stop chatting long enough to pose for pictures together.
When they did finally pose, they couldn’t stop grinning!
Liam Hemsworth gave us a goofy smile and a (Miley-Cyrus-inspired?) peace sign. He says The Hunger Games (2012) made him question his personal growth and career path, causing him to re-evaluate his goals and priorities
The Hunger Games (2012) absolutely changed my life. It’s brought up so many different questions about my own personal growth and where I was heading. I think, before all of it, I really felt like I had it figured out. Like, you know, it’s going to be fine, I’m this person and I know what I want to be and I know where I want to go. But then it got to the point where I think I started double-questioning everything. It was like, why am I doing this? where is it getting me? what if I do this and then I can do this? I wasn’t living in the moment.

Josh Hutcherson may have been feeling cold that night.

Josh Hutcherson became an instant celebrity upon being cast as Peeta Mellark in the 2012 American dystopian action film The Hunger Games. The film was based on Suzanne Collins’s best-selling novel, which you can buy on Amazon.

The Hunger Games stars are just better when they’re with company.

Even with the fans, they can’t resist hamming it up!

Try not to separate them because look how miserable Jennifer Lawrence looks posing for pictures all by herself.

Elizabeth Banks alone won’t even face the cameras.

Smiles all around! And is Jennifer Lawrence giving Josh Hutcherson the “oh you” face?
