Here’s a closer look at her latest style moments.

Monochromatic Power: Sky-Blue Willy Chavarria Leather & White Manolo Blahnik Pumps

Alba couldn’t be missed in a monochromatic sky-blue ensemble by Willy Chavarria as she made her way to CBS Mornings. Hailing from the Spring 2026 collection, created in celebration of the American designer’s 10th anniversary, the look was a striking combination of retro-inspired tailoring and contemporary polish.

Willy Chavarria is known for his creative menswear designs that incorporate themes of politics, race, and sexuality. But for his Spring 2025 line, he entered the womenswear market with a collection that stayed true to his unique aesthetic.

Alba’s outfit featured a tailored shirt with elbow-length sleeves, a sharply pointed collar, double-breasted pockets, and a front placket fastened with tonal buttons. Its clean lines complemented the polished finish of the leather material, elevating the otherwise simple design into something striking and refined.

Jessica tucked the shirt into a high-waisted pencil skirt that hugged just enough to define her figure before tapering down to a mid-calf hem. The streamlined column of color elongated her frame and highlighted the garment’s clean, minimalist design.

Crafted from a glossy, supple leather fabric, the coordinated set stood out with its subtle shine. Its surface reflects light, keeping the monochromatic ensemble from looking flat.

Alba completed the ensemble with a matching blue purse, enhancing the monochromatic theme. Her accessories were kept minimal, wearing a large pair of Jennifer Zeuner earrings that perfectly framed her face and a ring that added just the right touch of sparkle. For a dose of star power, she wore sleek rectangular sunglasses, complementing her outfit’s sharp tailoring.

Jessica styled her brunette hair in soft, voluminous curls and wore neutral makeup that let the bold blue color of her outfit take center stage.

Finishing the look, Jessica stepped into the Manolo Blahnik BB pump — a stiletto that’s as iconic as it is versatile. Introduced in 2008 for the Spring/Summer collection and named after French style muse Brigitte Bardot, the BB channels the effortless elegance and sensuality of the 1950s and ’60s.

With its razor-sharp pointed toe, slender heel, and flawless craftsmanship, it has become one of Manolo Blahnik’s most enduring designs.

Available at Nordstrom in a spectrum of heel heights (70mm, 90mm) and an array of luxe materials from buttery leather to sumptuous suede, the BB is celebrated by the designer himself as “a good shoe for every occasion.” In crisp white leather, Alba’s pair offered a striking counterpoint to the glossy sky-blue leather set — the perfect marriage of modern minimalism and timeless sophistication.

From Hollywood red carpets to polished street style, the Manolo Blahnik BB pump has been a go-to for countless style icons. Here’s how other celebrities have made this timeless stiletto their own:

Sleek City Chic: Gabriela Hearst Black Bodysuit, Wrap Skirt & Cowboy Boots

Earlier that same day, Jessica Alba stepped out in an effortlessly chic all-black ensemble that balanced modern minimalism with bold edge following her appearance on the Today Show.

She looked chic in a sleek black bodysuit that hugged her figure, designed with a scoop neckline and a sleeveless cut that flattered her shoulders and neckline. Its smooth, flawless lines gave a clean, elongating effect, evoking a timeless silhouette. Its flawless fit counterbalanced the volume and structure of her skirt, creating a polished, put-together look.

Jessica’s black suede tie-wrap skirt had a soft A-line drape that fell to her mid-calf. It also featured a large gold-tone eyelet at the hip, which doubled as a decorative and practical accent. Through it, a thick suede tie was threaded and knotted at the side, securing the skirt while cinching the waist and adding a sculptural flair to the look.

Offering a striking pop of pattern against the monochrome ensemble, Alba carried the Alaia “Le Teckel” flap bag crafted from leopard-print calf hair with black leather trims and top handles. The animal print brought a playful yet luxurious addition to the outfit, keeping the ensemble from looking too somber.

Alba’s jewelry was understated. She wore just a few Isa Grutman pieces, including a long pendant necklace, a collar necklace with pear-shaped diamonds, and thin, large hoop earrings, adding just the right touch of glitz to the monochromatic black look.

Wearing the same wavy hair and neutral makeup, Jessica topped off her monochromatic black look with oversized YSL sunglasses and Gabriela Hearst’s “Capitana” cowboy boots — a statement-making finish from one of fashion’s most respected visionaries.

Founded in 2015 by Uruguayan-American designer Gabriela Hearst, the eponymous label is synonymous with “honest luxury” — a marriage of minimalist elegance, artisanal craftsmanship, and uncompromising sustainability.

From Hollywood premieres to on-set style moments, Gabriela Hearst’s designs have graced some of the most fashionable women in the spotlight. Here are a few standout looks that showcase her signature blend of timeless elegance and sustainable luxury:

The “Capitana” boots perfectly embody Hearst’s refined-meets-rugged aesthetic, with flame-inspired embroidery, snipped toes, and polished block heels. On Alba, they injected a bold, fashion-forward edge into an otherwise minimalist ensemble, striking that elusive balance between timeless and unexpected.

Crafted from supple black leather, these boots combined sleek, modern lines with classic cowboy boot DNA. They featured flame-inspired western embroideries, snipped toes, intricate vamp stitching, a polished welt construction, and short block heels that offered a subtle lift.

While I would have preferred to see Jessica pair the outfit with something sleeker, like high heels or more sophisticated boots, those cowboy boots brought a rugged-meets-refined fusion to the look, adding unexpected drama and edge.

They retail for $2,230 at Net-a-Porter and Mytheresa.

Playful Elegance: Rust Shushu/Tong Dress & Christian Louboutin Kate Pumps

For her Today Show appearance, Jessica Alba embraced a polished yet playful look in a warm rust-brown strapless dress from Shushu/Tong’s Fall 2025 collection. While the color alone was warm and striking, my eyes were immediately drawn to the dress’s unexpected details that elevated its simplicity.

The bodice was neatly tailored, with corset-like panel stitching drawing attention to the cinched waist, creating a flattering effect. I particularly adore the contrasting white bow peeking from the straight neckline—it instantly gave the look the bold, feminine, and playful charm the Shanghai-based label is known for.

The skirt, cut right below the knees, had a refined and sleek pencil silhouette. Still, the cargo pockets and additional flaps above them added a utilitarian edge that kept the design from looking too formal. I love the unexpected blend of polished and practical!

The dress appeared to be made from wool or a structured blend, allowing it to maintain its shape while letting Alba move with ease.

Alba kept things cohesive, choosing a pair of understated earrings and the same delicate collar necklace she wore outside the studios. She then shielded her eyes with her YSL sunglasses, adding a modern, cool-girl polish, which has become one of her style signatures.

To complete her look, Jessica stepped into Christian Louboutin’s “Kate” pumps in rich brown croc-embossed leather. This choice not only echoed the warmth of her dress but also brought a glossy texture to play against its smoother, structured fabric.

Its bolder sister, the “So Kate”, debuted in 2013 with an even higher 120mm heel and a sharper, more dramatic arch, cementing its status as a red-carpet staple. In Jessica’s case, the croc finish added depth and dimension, balancing classic elegance with a hint of modern edge.
