A 15-year-old Disney actress, Bella Thorne, was seen having lunch with Kylie Jenner and a friend at the Urth Caffe in West Hollywood, LA, a few days ago.
We often get comments asking why we feature celebrities barely in their teens on our blog. Well, it’s not that we think you should get fashion advice from them—although you could if you wanted to—but being that young does allow them to have as much fun as they can with fashion and sometimes even get away with it!
